Just because they claim to be media or journalist doesn’t mean jack shite. The first amendment is not absolute.

^this post right here perfectly encapsulates why it’s impossible to have a logical debate with leftists. He claims journalism and free press are being attacked, while ignoring the fact what people are objecting to is the fact these media outlets repeat Iranian propaganda verbatim. He’s pretending to not understand the context of the objections, but really he does. He just chooses to ignore it because doing so fits the leftist political narrative. He knows he’s perpetuating a lie. But since that lie aligns with the leftist narrative, he does it. Truth, facts, logic; these words have no meaning to him. Only the leftist political agenda and narrative matters. This is why debating leftists is a waste of time and effort.

So much incorrect here. When CNN reports something coming from Iran, they tell you this is coming from the government of Iran or a specific official from Iran. Believe that information or don’t, but their job is to report it.

Morherfricker no it’s not. It fricking lying and gaslighting the American public solely in an attempt to discredit the president. This isn’t journalism. This isn’t reporting both sides of an issue. It’s perpetuating bullshite that never fricking happened.

So the media should ignore everything Iran says? Only report the official talking points of the US?

All of this because I want our journalists to be free to report what they feel is newsworthy? Governments lie…all the time. They must still report what is being publicly said regardless.
