So he'd be willing to convict in an impeachment he just voted was unconstitutional?

For M.D., he's a dumbass when it comes to the laws for which his primary job is to write.

Just sent this to that cowardly bastard if anyone wants to copy and paste.......

I sincerely hope i don’t receive a generic response email from you as i have the last couple times i have sent you an email expressing my concerns with your behavior as an elected representative whom was elected to be a voice for me and others in Louisiana.

I recently read an article from the Epoch Times (Link provided below) that stated your desire to convict our former President, Donald Trump. Obviously you do not know much about our Constitution as impeachment is to be used to remove someone from office. Surely you are aware that Mr. Trump is no longer in office which would make this waste of tax payers money pointless.

You obviously did not listen to the former presidents speech calling for peaceful protest. Surely you cannot hold Mr. Trump responsible for the actions of a handful of people who broke the law.

If in fact you believe otherwise, i look forward to impeachment proceedings and your support of those proceedings for Maxine Waters, Cory Booker, Nancy Pelosi, Joe Biden and many others on the left who’s comments over the years were far worse than Mr. Trump’s calling for “Peaceful Protest.”

I have been extremely disappointed in your actions after i voted for you in the recent election and encouraged others to do the same.

Should you continue on this reckless path you are on, i feel a recall effort will be warranted to remove you from office as you are clearly no longer listening to your constituents, and only serving your own self interest.

I hope you will do the right thing as i believe you to be a man of integrity, but please know that myself and many others in Louisiana are paying attention to what you and the rest of congress are doing. Please remember that you work for the people, and we pay the bills.

Can’t recall a senator or so I’ve read here.

Will look into it, but he works for us, so surely there is a way we can fire him. At the very least, we can sue and/or make his life a living hell with thousands of emails and phone calls. His soft arse would probably resign just from that if i had to guess.

Time to organize mostly peaceful protests at:

1) His office
2) His home
3) His supporters/donors homes
4) His supporters/donors places of business

He needs to feel tons of pressure

You baws need to handle business in LA when he comes up for a primary!

Unfortunately it won't be until 2026 and the white boots in south La will probably end up reselecting him or sending the honorable lockdown governor to the Senate to replace him.

The LAGOP should censure him, not that it would do anything but it would create interest

Can't stand this dickbag.

Worse than JBE.

Looks like I'll be calling his office again in the AM. For the 30th time.

Poorly written article at best. Says 16 Republicans would convict and then list 5. And never addressed it.

It is almost impossible to recall a sitting U.S. senator. It has to originate in the senate, not from his home state. The swamp takes care of it's own.

There is nothing in the article you linked that says Sen. Cassidy is going to vote to convict President Trump.

He even voted FOR Sen. Rand Paul's motion earlier today that this sham of a “trial” is unconstitutional.

The Epoch Times is fake news. Cassidy is a solid "not guilty" vote.

And I’m more than willing to work on efforts to primary his arse out.

I should have listened to an old man at the camp back in 2014 when he said Cassidy couldn’t be trusted because his eyes were too close together.
