1- Can goods to go up .003 cents (not a typo)
2- Beer set to go up .005 cents per can.
But the largest jump talked about today is cars. There is about a ton of steel in a car. Those will go up about $100 to $200 dollars. And The industry has stated that they won't pass on all of that to the US consumer.

in exchange for American jobs and to not be dependent on the rest of the world for our steel.
Great Deal!

No I call that fighting back to unfair trade practices.
BTW, once our factories are up and running... that comes back down.

And yet, the fiscally inept leftists are lecturing us on how bad of a thing this is.

Your OP reminds me of the big tax and spend local politicians who are always quick to point out their latest property tax proposal will "mean homeowners with a $200,000 house will ONLY pay an additional $100 in taxes annually. That's not much to pay so that we can take care of the leaches in our community."

Yep... Imagine that. A person who had to settle on low paying jobs get's work and higher paying jobs.
He gets to go from not being able to afford a new car, to being able to.
Horrible deal.
The American citizen won't pay for near as much welfare.

Over the 20 year life of a car? Yes. Those are crumbs.

I will gladly pay it, and more, to reverse all the damage that has been done to our Country in the name of the new world order and lopsided trade deals.

What a freaking absurd statement here. Do you buy a car monthly? Do you buy a car yearly?
I think I'm against the tariff because I don't see how it helps add jobs to the economy, but $100 a month in the consumer's pocket vs spending another $100-$200 on a purchase isn't really the same thing.
