Go ahead and search the name, Jarrod W Ramos age 38.
You'll find he has an ongoing legal squabble with the newspaper specifically and 2 former employees, maybe 2 current ones. Been in legal dispute since 2012.
Guy cracked over dispute between himself and the newspaper. Simple as that.
