There were numerous people doing things that might conceivably be construed as posing a threat and requiring some type of self defense action. Ashli Babbitt was allegedly only climbing through a window UNARMED.
Based upon the defense accorded to officer Byrd every police officer out in the street during true riots would be fully justified in opening fire as soon as bricks and glass were thrown at them or rioters jump on their police units while they are occupying them.

Not only is this idiots pistol muzzle pointed at the backs of those in front of him, he has his finger on the trigger. He should have never been allowed to carry a firearm.

Babbitt was corralled into a kill zone and executed for "the cause". She was surrounded by antifa types and one ran to the media cameras right after to make a sound bite.
