I'm fiscally conservative, socially conservative, but I have zero fricks to give about what other people do if it's not harming me

There is a saying "keep the liberals out of my wallet, and keep the conservatives out of my bedroom." This is something most people would agree with and most conservatives are not as "conservative" as the media portrays them and most liberals are not as "progressive" as the media portrays them. The problem is they put cameras in front of the fringe from both sides and portray these people to be the face liberals and conservatives. So I would say most people probably are socially liberal and fiscally conservative.
