Can someone tell me why Hussein Soetoro isn't under investigation by EVERY

By the IRS?
By the DOJ?
By the FBI?
By the Boy Scouts?
By virtually ANYONE that gives two actual fricks about law and justice in this country?
This crooked arse two bit hoot rat piece of shite thug broke damn near EVERY law in the US Code.
He bombed countries without Congressional approval.
He illegally sold weapons to fricking drug cartels.
He killed American citizens without an ounce of due process.
He colluded against his own country with foreign leaders.
He used the power of the IRS to attack political opposition.
He spied on reporters.
He illegally diverted DOJ collected DOJ fines and seizures to fund special interest groups.
He used illegal campaign funds.
He illegally gave away tax payer funds to rogue nations without Congressional approval.
He is guilty of dereliction of duty by not fulfilling his Constitutional obligation to investigate and ramp out corruption from misused USAID.
He INTENTIONALLY supplied the US Military with substandard equipment and compromised electronics supplied by our enemies.
He INTENTIONALLY interfered in foreign electoral processes.
He INTENTIONALLY failed to inform a US POTUS candidate that his campaign was being targeted by foreign actors.
He knew foreign actors were attempting to meddle in our elections and INTENTIONALLY did exactly jack shite about it.
He INTENTIONALLY placed illegal immigrants in select Congressional districts in an attempt to change the Congressional makeup of those districts.
He's been paid MILLIONS for documentaries he's never made or will ever make.
He's been paid MILLIONS for books he's never going to write.
He INTENTIONALLY used the full force and might of the office of POTUS to strong arm countries into doing his will.
He INTENTIONALLY used the full force and might of 17 intelligence agencies and the Department of Justice in an effort to thwart a POTUS.
He INTENTIONALLY used the full force and might of 17 intelligence agencies and the Department of Justice in an effort to undo an open and free election.
This is shite just off the top of my head. So I ask the question, is this corrupt piece of shite motherfricker under investigation by ANYONE?

I seent a Trump interview clip the other night wherein Obama was a brief topic of some sort, Trump says in a naive tone "Oh gee, Obama yadda yadda". Use as an example something like "Oh gee, this great 2019 economy is attributable to Obama" or something similar.
