What did you tell them and vice versa?

Put a mask on and move along. Is it really worth it? Don't make a mountain out of a mole hill baw.

What is the grounds for the suit?
Sounds like your wife out on the mask and saw her doctor.
This is not a defense of mask mandates but I really have no idea what the basis of this hypothetical lawsuit would be.

They have every right to demand you mask up.
The entire medical community is all in on demanding you wear a mask that is proven not to do anything.
But they’ve been absolutely silent on obesity and happy to over prescribe benzos and pain pills to desperate and ignorant patients they’re supposed to care about.
The healthcare industry left the healthcare part out of its industry a long time ago.
Even now the largest comorbidity to covid is obesity and the majority of the healthcare system is still happily telling fat people they’re healthy. Or they’re silent. Which is the same as support.

Oshner should be renamed the “Mengele Institute for Profiteering” as far as I’m concerned.
frick them.

Anyone who asks I put a mask on I ask them to explain to me why. And “the government says so” is not a valid reason.
I’ve yet to meet a person enforcing mask mandates that can answer the question.
Yes. It is worth it. Ignorance should be challenged. Government subservience should be fought.

Read the post again. I went and sat 50 feet away the only person in the room, the receptionist. I was breathing on a window
Again that is irrelevant. You weren’t the patient so not sure what you think you would bring a lawsuit for.
And it seems like you would rather make a point at an inappropriate time than be there for your wife and unborn child.

To the OP, the lawsuit is a loser. That being said, I’m glad that you said something.
frick all the mask nazis kowtowing to stupidity.

I agree with what you said, 100%. And notwithstanding this, if you put your pregnant wife and unborn child in danger to prove a point about stupid masks, you're a retard.

Are you willing to pay with the blood of your unborn child?

Again, your point is irrelevant to seeking emergent medical care for your pregnant wife.

Wow. Incredible logic

For a private business’s stupid decisions? No. I can go to another doctor

You can challenge ignorance without being an a-hole.
And you can handle the situation better than this schlub did. He was probably provocative and angry from the get go which only serves to shut people out to yourself.
Make sure your wife and child are ok and then go back and have them explain the mask policy to you and have a conversation about it.

Cool. Your pregnant wife can’t see her OBGYN now. Congrats.
Did you ask him if he’s vaccinated yet? Because if he is his life should be normal by now, right?

I’m kind of with you on this.
If it was a true emergency they should be focused on your wife and child, not on your mask.
Regardless, just put the mask on in that situation and bitch about it after the fact.
