Because they let the insane media have an effect on their perspective. I've decided I rarely watch news and I get my info from actual numbers. In my opinion things are great, I'm comfortable with our economy, the way he deals with foreign leaders, and he doesn't back down. The media hate him be because he gives them hell. Also it's funny anyone claiming Obama deserves credit for this economy, it let's me know that they do not understand that Trump has repealed so many orders that Obama had in place and the economy continues to grow at record pace. If those same policies would have stayed we would have seen continued slow growth.
TLDR: people don't do their own research to understand how good things are and Trump needs to shut up every now and then. Oh and the media hates the president and anyone associated with him.

If what we read Friday is true president commanded generals to assassinate leaders of countries. That's bad twice.

You FIL sounds like he needs Androderm. Trump has done nothing but get this ship back on course. Some people though worry more about the wrapping than the package. Trump is rude and does say stupid things, but the actions speak far louder than words.
