California transgender kids law is like a hanging curveball for BDR vs. NewSCUM in 2024

California just passed a law that makes their state a "safe haven" for mutilating kids. I haven't read it but apparently a confused 16 year old girl from out of state can sneak off to California to get disfigured and sterilized without the consent of her parents. Also CPS can intervene and apparently take your kids in CA if you don't consent to their mutilation.
This is a massively winning issue for Republicans. Can you imagine DeSantis talking about this on the debate stage with Newsome? It would be a beatdown!

Look at planned parenthood now. They took abortion away and now they are pushing hormones and trans surgery on kids. They just cant stop attacking children for money.

Planned Parenthood is a eugenics program. Founded as one and it has remained as one.

Is there a way to fight this without a parent actually having to deal with this first? Or will it be one of those "no standing" things? I really am surprised, and can't understand why, there haven't been more child indecency arrests and lawsuits brought by parents who have found anything sexual related being pushed on their children.
