vaginal intercourse is not the same as...sodomy.
it is inaccurate and frankly untrue to argue "equal application" of a law here.
the laws as written equally punish child molesters that do not make sexual contact(ie possession of child porno..)
..the law as gives a punishment for those that "can't wait" to make contact with a child's vagina.. or with a child's anus.
i understand current/wannabe pedophiles are arguing that they should not be punished more severely for sodomizing a child as opposed to "only" the vagina.
my personal opinion..i agree.
those behaviors need to be corrected.
luckily, we already know the only remedy/cure that works for a pedophile.
and it is readily available
....even in california.
administer the "cure" without prejudice.
it is irrelevant the hole a pedophile prefers.
