Something I've been saying for months. Russia just wanted to sew chaos and embarrass the U.S. as a whole. If they could make Trump look bad, they would (dossier) and if they could make Hillary look bad they would (DNC hack). Putin said it makes no difference to him whether Trump or Hills is pres because not much will change either way. I have no reason to doubt that statement.
