Yup...the before/after (over/under) on that bet is mid July for sure.
I'll actually go a step further and say there will be two high profile cases the press will go nuts about. One earlier...say April and the next one will be post mid July to cement the deal as PROOF of how irredeemably racist America is.
I'm not sure it'll have the same effect it did last time though. In fact, it may back fire big time.

Juneteenth is on Father’s Day this year, which may make it perfect for another “race motivated event.” Plus it’s hard to protest in snow.

I would have said that Democrats would start looking really hard for an event in 2023 or early 2024, but with their coming wipe out in 2022, they will likely start looking for an event from now to the election.
