Want better employees?
Stop trawling temp agencies for illegals & stoners.
Pay people more.
Offer better benefits.
Or at least treat employees as humans with real lives.

This is the biggest issue with plant/manufacturing/trucking jobs. Most people don't want to work an 11pm-7am shift, 70 hours a week, constantly on the road, weekends and holidays, etc. They will take less money to not have to work that kind of schedule.

Why not put the people on welfare to work ? Or get more kids to join a trade and stop wasting money and time with college classes that are useless.

Maybe try and not be a cheapass and pay clean American applicants better. No sympathy for these wealthy contractors getting loaded on the cheap Mexican labor.
