So I'm simpleminded because I can tell the difference between a hangman's noose (3-4 loops above the opening) and a pull rope (1 loop above the opening)?

Sounds like a statement made by a person that knows its hoax and maybe a part of it....gosh i hope if the FBI proves its a hoax someone goes to prison over trying to start a race war
