There would be a fix if it was subject to the same social pressures every other culture in this country has fallen under...but any criticism of any action committed by anyone with a certain degree of pigmentation is treated as immediate racial hatred.
The biggest victims of this particular cultural disaster are african-americans themselves and rather than rebel against it, those who have escaped it tend to often to defend it. It isn't a racial thing. It's purely cultural.

Thankfully they crashed near some national guard members and police who stood around acting like there wasn't a dead body laying on the sidewalk.
I'm sure they made sure that the young girls weren't too emotionally affected by the crash.

Absolutely no apparent signs of any regrets or concern over the victim. Sure hope they recovered the poor girl's phone.

Will get charged with second degree manslaughter and plead down to five years probation since they are juveniles. Will probably get a docuseries made about them and be millionaires before they are 25.

Cops are afraid to do their jobs.

TV glorifies black culture.
