Why not move to The Streets of Philadelphia? It’s close by and he can keep in touch with the common man, have concerts on The Shore and enjoy his favorite bar. It just make sense.

I've never fully understood if these statements are meant to be "FYI" kind of things, or whether they're supposed to be some sort of blackmail (i.e. "you better vote for Biden or else I'm leaving!")
I've always assumed the former. But now that I think about it, most of these celebrities are probably so self-absorbed as for it to be the latter.
