Project Cassandra...one of many backdoor deals. BUT we were told "Not a frickin' smidgen..." 
All this corrupt crap was never supposed to see the light of day because Hillary was supposed to win.
As soon as Trump won, folks knew what was coming so the thought was they MUST discredit and get rid of him at ANY cost.

It's the National Security Division of the DOJ that was under Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates. That's where the conspiracy took place on the DOJ side. The NSD of the DOJ had no OIG oversight. In fact in 2015 Sally Yates made sure of it in this 58 page document explaining to the OIG that you are not allow to have oversight of the NSD of the DOJ: LINK
