The chief is an idiot. He starts the presser by saying he is a Brown student. Then he has to get corrected by the president of Brown who said he went to Brown 25 years ago. 
Since he and the MIT professor are both from Portugal and both the same age, I suspect they knew each other from their undergrad days. But, yeah, 25 years is a long arse time to hold a grudge.
EDIT: FBI just confirmed that the two guys went to undergrad university together in Portugal.

Feels like this guy really could be the MIT shooter but they’re using him as a patsy to cover for the real suspects at Brown.
The speakers seem to be showing their hand by gaslighting us by attacking online “rumors and disinformation” and arrogantly saying “they don’t know why he chose Brown, those students, that classroom.” They obviously do.
