It’s the ‘victim’ mentality that pervades our society. Everyone wants to be a ‘victim‘ bc they think it allows them to blame someone/something else for their ‘Victimization.’ Thereby, releasing their personal blame/regret for the position they’re in.
The media stokes it. The Government distracts with it. And society will crumble under it.
The only solution is a return to personal accountability and sacrifice. Which are the underpinnings of religion. We have free choice and we live with our mistakes. We must repent and then we are forgiven.
Nothing has ever been achieved by ‘fixing’ someone else. Fix yourself and be part of the solution.
