Ooof. No. Hispanics just want a better western life for themselves and their family, as a guiding principle (obviously gangs and drugs have thwarted that).
Not really similar to hijrah.
Of course not all Muslims believe in or actively pursue hijrah, but I’m not sure that matters ultimately.
