We had a lesbian employee that was married. She got inseminated and took her three months when the baby was born. Soon after her partner got inseminated, and when the baby was born she took another three months. She then returned to work for a couple of weeks then gave notice. Employed and paid for 15 months but only worked 9 months.
I can see the policy above resulting in some guy getting 3 months off because paternity, then immediately announcing “I’m transitioning!!!” and then grabbing 3 more months off’maternity’
