He raises some genuine questions about the vaccines - in particular, this form of vaccine is new and therefor the "risks" (if not necessarily the harm) are high.

Most importantly, at the very time we are rolling out vaccines with reduced testing regimen, we have suddenly become forbidden to question or discuss the vaccines.

I know he and his wife are liberals, but they are worth listening to.

as are the risks of staying locked up, shutting down businesses, or conversely ignoring the virus and increasing exposure risk.

Neither of those were necessitated by the virus. So that’s not the greatest argument. We were held hostage by the public health officials and weak leadership. The vaccine is the ransom we’re paying.

Your post really is not responsive to my post or the video I posted. No really, watch the fricking video and see for yourself.

I respect his willingness to stand up and speak on controversial topics and to buck the “cancel culture”, but an issue I have with Weinstein is that he seems to hedge on many scientific topics in an effort to always appear unbiased and open-minded. Sometimes this occurs to the point of absurdity, as with some of his positions on evolution where he seems to (at times) question rock solid principles he knows very well aren’t really worth spending anymore time on.

He’s kind of turning into a stereotypical “unbiased intellectual” who provides fodder for all sides of any argument.

I think it’s very clear that the benefits outweigh the risks.

Brett and Eric are far from modern liberals. They are considered left-libertarians.

We can favor that option all we want, but it won’t move the needle since we are not in control.

If we want to avoid staying locked up, shutting down businesses, or get back to ignoring the virus, then doing what can be done to lower the data points used by the decision makers is the most likely path to get us there.

After that, we pursue and demand more sanity.

it's amazing how cucked conservatives are by mainstream science

it's truly incredible

most people, despite seeing the election hoax for what it was, still have really no clue how interconnected the machine is as a complex throughout all industry

I do find him and his wife to be annoying at times, but overall I am glad for their contributions.

One issue addressed in the video is that the two vaccines primarily distributed in the US use new technology, so there is uncertainty about the long effects. There is another vaccine (the Oxford University vaccine) that uses more traditional and tested technology.

An interesting point they discussed is that it seems unnecessarily risky for our nation's entire medical community to use the vaccines based off of the newer technology. Seems like a point worth considering.

And again, there is the strange phenomenon of how questioning the safety of the vaccine is taboo and censored by big tech.

There is also a reasonable question about whether we should be focusing more on treatment than we currently are.

Moreover, issues around the virus have been dangerously politicized.

The average time for a drug approval by the FDA is ten years. Enough said.
