No, I don’t believe Obama was trying to punish enemies, which is exactly why I posted it, and such has been my argument -stated clearly- since my first post in this thread.
Snowden and others like him are a threat. People with access who leak, people with access who may use intel against the the interests of the duly elected potus, people with access who no longer work in government who are under investigation all should be stripped. Brennan and others under review thoroughly meet that criteria.
