Seems as if Trump’s tactic worked for him. Does that upset you?

Upset? No.
This could have been avoided with being smarter at the outset, which is my common criticism of muh fight theatrics of MAGA.
Choosing aggression over intelligence cost his first admin a ton. I was hoping this time he would be more intelligent and strategic and less emotional, but here we are.

Roger how much did we lose in this trade war?
Billions.
Daddy Trump gave welfare to farmers to offset the difference though. So nice of him to do tht.

COLOMBIA OFFERS PRESIDENTIAL PLANE TO
HELP REPATRIATE DEPORTEES FROM US: CNN Colombian President Gustavo Petro is offering his presidential plane to help repatriate deportees from the US who were set to arrive in the country
Sunday morning, the presidency said. "The measure responds to the government's commitment to guarantee dignified conditions," the presidency said in a statement, but did not
provide details
My quick take. Don’t let up until they accept our planes. This is a delaying tactic. Even if they pick them up this time, next time they will drag out and delay this special plane. They’ll claim its broke down or other stuff.
We need to deport on our timeline, not theirs. Great to see them fold so fast but it needs to be at our timeline not theirs because this is not a one time deport flight its going to happen for at least 4 years.
This puts the world on notice that Trump is not messing around this go around. Last time he had RINO’s and deep staters and inexperience (and trusted people he learned were turncoats) but this time he came in fully ready and with a competent staff. This is a lesson to others.
