That would be ideal but every time one is made it goes off the rails (I mean off the rails from the POV of the Qtard/CTs). Then the cult like obsession takes hold of others.

Permitting embeds has completely changed how things are posted.
For one example, in the past replying to your own OP successively would get the thread deleted. Now it's excused when someone just HAS to have their 3mbed show and can't just link follow ups and the first 4-10 posts are just random embeds without commentary from the OP.
Blind links used to get a thread whacked. Now blind embeds are posted probably 30x or more per day here and it's the norm and not a faux pas.
That's a HUGE shift in how discussions are not only presented, but replied to.

He is a touch, "full of himself" but I do not like hive minds like the DU, where opposing views are not tolerated and he does make things interesting around here.
