Scheller is a hero for verbalizing the incompetence that is our military. Milley is the one who should be court martialed.

Relieved of duty. Charged and tried by courts martial under Articles 80, 81, (possibly 88), and 94 of UCMJ at a minimum?

Gen. Milley stated there were multiple witnesses to his calls to his Chinese Communist counterpart and it’s apparent he will only disclose information related to the calls in closed committee for security concerns. I don’t recall if he volunteered transcripts and/or tapes under those terms or not. Evidence proving intent will be very difficult to come by whether it’s transcripts, notes, or tapes or hostile witness testimony against him.

The power will protect their own at all costs. One crack leading to a conviction may very well shatter the entire rotten edifice, or that’s what they fear and why every investigation or audit is resisted by all means necessary, legal or not.

As for Col. Vindeman, or any military person favored by the Left, nothing will come of any of his actions. No hard convicting evidence discoverable and/or no witnesses willing to testify against him. There’s no will for lawlessness politicians to prosecute their own or their minions.

Now is the time for them to pursue vengeance and retribution against their conservative and libertarian enemies.

The Lt. Col. has a lengthy tape from which his prosecutors will establish his guilt but establishing criminal intent may not be as easy. Perhaps the “Hillary-There was no intent” defense established by James Comey will come to the Lt. Col.’s aid. I’d be tempted to wrap it up real pretty and try it.

The young Lt. Col. will almost certainly be charged under Articles 80, 81, 88 and 89.

No one is going to help him, and he knows it. He knew it before he spoke up. Trump isn’t the answer either, truth be told. One, there’s no freaking way we get Trump elected again. Two, no one like Trump will be elected again, unless our overlords wish it so. There’s only one way to “fix” this mess. We will eventually be forced to stand up to tyranny.
