She must mean it’s expensive to pay back Maricopa county for the other numerous legal fees her attorneys are being forced by a judge to now pay for previous suits the judge tossed. Add to that the others she may have to pay if she is sanctioned for the recent failed trial.
But idiots will continue to donate to her “defense fund”

I would argue that the first debate badly hurt Trump. It wasn’t any policy position that did it though. It was because Trump came off really angry and unhinged. That turned people off. That fits with your point though that debates are not about policy but appearances and sound bites.
It’s been like that since Nixon and Kennedy debated. Nixon was considered the winner by those who listened on the radio. Kennedy won among television viewers as Nixon came off as sweaty and shifty.
Our debates now are only appearances. Hobbs knew she wouldn’t beat Lake in that arena as Lake was a literal professional there. What’s a candidate to do? Don’t debate is the obvious answer. If you walk into a part of the campaign in which you are clearly overmatched when you don’t have to do so, that’s just political suicide.

Difference is though…trump actually won something (2016 election) Lake hasn’t won shite

It was funny here when they had that recent MAGA convention here in PHX last weekend. At first they wanted like $700 a pop to go. Lake on billboards promoting a half off code that you could use to “only” pay $350 for it.
Not enough must have taken that “ amazing offer” cause a few days before she was promoting her “AZ local special” where it was now $20 to go if you lived here.
Difference is though…trump actually won something (2016 election) Lake hasn’t won shite

I don't think it would have gotten her anywhere. Reality is that while chain of custody needs to be tightened up, and I don't see why any adjudication process isn't livestreamed with a camera zoomed in so detail can be viewed (for transparency's sake), she was never going to get to a revote arguing chain of custody or fraud in the adjudication step because the process was monitored by representatives of the Lake campaign/RNC. Her only hope was to show that 30K+ disaffected voters didn't show up at the polls or left them before voting due to printer/tabulator issues.

We're not talking about some little piece of evidence hiding in a crack somewhere. If there were truly 30K+ disenfranchised voters, it would have been provable in the amount of time her team had.
