What legislation was passed regarding a national mask mandate on flights?
If no legislation was passed, how does an unelected agency answerable only to the executive branch have the power to institute an indefinite mask mandate on all public transport?
If they do have the power, can it be indefinite? If it is not indefinite, do they have to base it on anything? If it has to be based on anything, what is it currently based on? And can a Federal Judge rule that their reasoning is either arbitrary or that it cannot be indefinite?
