The second guy then takes the riot helmet and uses it to break the window with the cops standing right there watching him. Then they all get out of the way while Babbitt goes through that exact window to the other side and gets shot. So the shooter cop was put in jeopardy by the inaction and complicit behavior of the CPD officers on the opposite side of the door allowing helmet guy to break the window that Babbitt went through.

The Minny officer will be convicted just based off of what she said on her bodycam alone. She admitted to manslaughter on camera.
What justifies multiple CPD passing on detaining Babbitt on one side of the door and a solo CPD officer shooting her dead on the other? Is it the act of her climbing? was it poking her head through the broken window?
