Only ones I know of are the destroyer that ran aground in Tokyo bay, and the F/A-18 that took a bath off the Carl Vinson.

This is what happens when there is no National Required Military Service
People do not understand the SIMPLEST things of RESPONSIBILITY when you are in Command. Nor do they respect those who have been successful protecting our Nation.
