Does anyone know what happened with downs, saffioti, and boudreaux law firm? Website and logo has been changed to downs and saffioti.

They cost both parties involved an ungodly amount of unnecessary money and distress during what should have been a pretty cut and dry court case. Fortunately I don’t have to deal with them anymore. I’m curious whether Lisa is still licensed to practice or if anything ever came of numerous complaints against her along with the attention EBR family court got this past year.

It doesn’t affect me at this point, but I’d be so interested to know. Hoping she’s no longer in a position to create more problems for other people the way she did for the ex and kids and I.

Ever since I had to go through the system, the way family court proceeds is fascinating to me- same as watching a horror flick. What is the latest with ebr family court are they trying to lay low after national attention?

No, I try to avoid interacting with family law, the family court, and the lawyers and judges who practice in that space to the greatest extent possible.

It won't tell you what happened with a firm, etc. But to see if someone is licensed in Louisiana:

Go to lsba.org.

Then select Public Resources.

Then select Search the LSBA Membership Directory.
