I love my news with a big scoop of writer’s opinion
Resident BR Advocate loser Mark Ballard wrote an article today about the judge saying LA needs to expand mail in voting.
It’s not true because I say so!!!!!!
Here’s some of the article. I’m not linking it.

President Donald J. Trump has repeatedly said and tweeted he believes, without presenting any evidence, that widespread use of mail ballots would lead to fraud. He has no evidence to support that contention. Louisiana Republicans have repeated those claims in their arguments that the use of mail ballots should be expanded to account for the pandemic.

Louisiana should allow more access to absentee mail ballots for the Nov. 3 presidential elections, U.S. District Judge Shelly Dick ruled in a 44-page decision released Wednesday afternoon.
"The Court finds that Plaintiffs’ testimony clearly establishes that the state’s maintenance of limited absentee by mail voting imposes a burden on their right to vote. The burden on the right to vote is further supported by significant record evidence," Dick wrote.
Dick made her ruling a week after hearing testimony and reviewing a sheaf of documents, pro and con. Dick’s decision likely will be appealed to the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, based in New Orleans. The election is in 48 days. Dick was nominated by President Barack Obama and assumed the federal bench in January 2013.

Member a few years ago when Democrats said there was no such thing as voter fraud of any kind?

An article literally came out that would refute this article

You didn’t see voter fraud because it doesn’t exist! You only saw voter suppression!

So why do we have to have universal mail in voting? Why can't people simply request an absentee ballot?

Could this dumbass have simply just reported the story of what happened with the judge’s ruling and not thrown in his incorrect commentary about there being no mail in voting fraud?

No. The Advocate isn't here to report the news. They're here to give you what the NOLA liberals think you need to know.

Quite literally an enemy of the state. Anything this guy puts out is pure garbage. Can't wait to see John Georges lose his arse and this guy be jobless!

It isn't whether mail-in fraud exists...it's to what degree it does.

Why does there need to be proof? If there is a strong possibility, it is something that should be accounted for. That’s how risk management works, you identify a likely weakness and you manage around it before it gets you. You don’t wait until it bites you to start addressing the problem.

quote:nothing in that article says anything even remotely close to "75% of the ballots thrown out due to VOTER FRAUD".
Here's proof ... Detroit - 75% of ballots thrown out due to VOTER FRAUD
it says 72% of Detroit's precincts had a tracking error, and then...
"The Wayne County Board of Canvassers, which includes two Democrats and two Republicans, voted unanimously Tuesday to certify the county's election results after hearing about problems that election officials had with checking the vote totals in specific precincts."
the word "fraud" is only mentioned once, and its not for the reason you want...
Detroit's voting problems in 2016 led to a Michigan Bureau of Elections audit of 136 of the city's most irregular precincts, which found an "an abundance of human errors" but no evidence of "pervasive voter fraud."
