Not going to work

We're passed the point of 'working within the system'

This guy needs a mostly peaceful protest outside of his home and work

Does this mean if you’re White and you show up to the ER with a stroke or heart attack, they’re going to let you sit in the waiting room and take the Black guy with a nagging cough first?

Sure this will go over well in Boston.

No history of angry white people in that city.

So in order to remove injustice and racism in the hospital, that likely doesn’t exist anyway. You are going to add injustice and racism, just this time it’s against white people.

This evidence will play great in the punitive damage portion of the family’s EMTALA claim for a Caucasian patient’s wrongful death.

Maybe because they could pay the bills? Hospitals don't last for long without copious amounts of money.

Their research found you could not just link it to insurance.

Sounds like they will have a special wing in the hospital for older white males where they send you away to die. Maybe if you are lucky you will be seen by a first yr intern from Pakistan that comes complete with used syringes, IV lines and needles, that's if you are lucky.

Do you mean the black and Hispanic people should be suing? Seems like they have a much better case since the hospital admitted that they are offering sub-optimal care to those folks.

Sure.

But did the research find that you could link it to lack of insurance?

Have you done the study at your hospital? I would be willing to bet the same can be said for your place. I would be willing to bet the same could be said for every hospital...because it's not going to be just about race.

Remember what they're saying here. They're not just saying that they're seeing disproportionately sub-optimal outcomes in black & Hispanic CHF patients. They're saying that black and Hispanic patients are disproportionately less likely to be offered access to specialized care which is then contributing to sub-optimal in outcomes in black & Hispanic CHF patients. That is certainly not true at every hospital. If it were, wouldn't that demand some kind of correction?

You fricking support open anti-white racism.

Hopefully you are merely a black racist and not that pathetically guilty.

At no point have I ever suggested that that I supported this effort. You've worked yourself up into a frothy rage over a ghost that exist in your own head. Calm down, Hoss.

It depends on the quality of said research.

Did they? Or is it the research alluded to above? It appears you have made up your mind, along with NeoLibs across the country.
