Espionage.... Intelligence leaked. That has happened several times and now that Sessions is sworn in the House is requesting the IG to investigate the leaks.
It's simple to find because only a small number of people would have the clearance to warrantlessly wire tap Trump and his team!

I would be surprised if it really came from Yates.
I think it's politically iffy for both sides. The GOP will look mildly stupid pursuing the leaks behind Flynn getting canned for some degree of misconduct (misconduct =/= criminality). The left will look stupid for overplaying a scandal hand, something the GOP knows well about over the last 8 years.

People are saying Obama's side, but that really could mean any careerist at DOJ with access who is sanctimonious about the threat Trump poses. I'm not convinced it has to be some Obama loyalist.
For example, the IC elements who are opposing Trump, in significant part, probably aren't Obama fans.
