He didn't have to say it. He was doing business with the guy likely knowing he was using illegals the whole time and only when he lost his crew to deportation did he cut dies with him. This isn't an immigration stance. It's the guy's inability to get a crew together that is the issue.

Why can't they learn english if they're living here in America though? You don't go to other countries and expect them all to know english.
