You think you are a smart guy.

So tell me this.

Are there certain powers of the president outside judicial review?

There are certain core powers that judges can't get involved in. Or if should say if they get involved in they overstep their authority.

I mean what can happen when a president oversteps his limits?

What recourse could there be? I mean could congress go anything.

It would've been great if the constitution had some way to check the power of a run away president.

Is there such a mechanism?

So you think that the only remedy for a President acting outside of his statutory authority is impeachment?

I'm not trolling. I'm trying to explain to the short-sighted types that this is a terrible standard for everyone moving forward.

Trolling would be the person above

Instead of perpetually posting bullshite rhetoric, tell me why deporting gang members and criminals should not be allowed.

And for once, just stick to the question I asked.

And who's watching the judge as he makes his decisions in a silo?

I reread what I wrote and I don't see me saying that.

However, let me make this clear.

When previous supreme court decisions have stated that certain decisions are made at the discretion of the president and the president alone, that says the judicial has no right to review it.

Obviously there are additional mechanisms to remove a president, but when the Supreme Court already said the ultimate arbiter is the president, that means that judicial review should not be done.

On that choice by the president.

Or do you disagree?

So during war if the president decides to move a certain deal team from point a to point b, a judge can block that?

Seems ridiculous.

So some of the president's decisions are not open to judicial oversight.

But they are open to other oversight. Can we at least agree in that?

Or are you doing a judge can block any decision by a president?

I"m not upset. This is par for the course, especially avoiding answering my questions.

Bingo. The door swings both ways. By their own standards this judge was complicit allowing illegals into the country, not to mention his daughters financial stake in that illegal activity.

That's why i was asking you to be specific about your point and stop beating around the bush to allow you to remain malleable.

Criticized judges during ongoing litigation? Lots of examples. Remember when the left said the Supreme Court was illegitimate? Now criticizing a District Court is worse than that?
