They need to try that at a Bass Pro shop.

To be fair the article title is misleading. Yes the protestors blocked the parking lot with their cars, which is fricking stupid, and some stood by the entrances but it was the store managers that locked the doors. Now they probably did so in an effort to keep customers safe and keep the store from potentially getting looted but it does not appear that anyone was trapped in the store by protesters.

Solid observation. This site needs more people like you who do not simply accept misleading headlines. Way too many people gobble up this stuff and draw only conclusions they are led to by headlines. This place appears to be filled with more sheep than ever.

Breitbart should also be better than this. It is clearly not. It’s just as much of an inflammatory propaganda organization as any site on the left.

I'd need to see what "stood by the entrances means" to get a totally accurate take, but is the end result not the same? If a bunch of Klan members did that to a black church, and the preacher locked the door to keep them out, would you say that it's the preacher who trapped the members inside the church?

False imprisonment, kidnapping, trespassing... those are the easy ones...

Did the customers try to leave?

Didn't know one can trespass at a grocery store, but I will take your word on that.

Once again, the police are enabling the criminals. If they won't protect us, then you have to protect yourself. Don't give an inch on the 2nd amendment debate. Not one fricking inch.

When seconds count the police are just minutes away.

The FBI is about 3 years away.

Unpopular opinion: That's kidnapping and after a warning or two I'd be ok with someone in the store using a firearm to stop the kidnapping.

Blocking a parking lot and an entrance to a building is considered trespassing in many places... Sorry you didn't know that...

Was the customers ability to leave impeded by a bunch of folks protesting on private property?

Well, at least they didn't set fire to the store. At least not this time. But give it some time.

Exit through the front door with tools from meat department, products from the cleaning isle, kitchen isle, and some bags of potatoes. Couple of cans of Goya too.

Ouch,

about 8-10 plastic bags with a can of black beans would be about like a mace. That would surely leave a mark.

Refuse a manager’s request to leave, then, when the cops arrive, tell them to frick off because it’s a grocery store, and see how it goes.

How is this not considered false imprisonment?

Because retarded leftists are the perpetrators. This is what happens in a leftist "utopian" society.
