Malik Fard Muhammad, 25, was sentenced to prison for "repeatedly and intentionally jeopardizing the lives of police officers, destroying public property, and encouraging others to commit violence during protests that occurred in Portland in 2020," according to the Department of Justice.
According to court documents, Muhammad was charged with possession of unregistered destructive devices, engaging in civil disorder, obstructing law enforcement and using explosives to commit a federal felony. He pleaded guilty to 14 felony charges in March.

This guy only getting 10 years (of which he will probably only serve a year or two) means the left has won.
Also, looks like Portland Freedom Fund covered his bail. Portland Freedom Fund is yet another group that uses ActBlue as their payment processor. If I were in charge, I would order an immediate, full blown investigation into ActBlue and do anything possible to get them shut down.

This was federal prosecution. Oregon hasn’t moved on any of those prosecutions. If the feds didn’t pursue, there would have been no state involvement and the guy would be free.

Exactly, Gary butts up to Chicago and FT Wayne is a crap hole so definitely doesn't surprise me. I think most people think Indiana is just some Midwest state but they have their crazies.
