Why do only whites have to be racist?

I suspect your are quite selective in getting to 'know' blacks.

What is your opinion of John James??

serious question

Even if there are some large-scale roots to this movement, which I haven't seen evidence for, it will not show up in electoral tabulation for a very long time.

Black women are the only black voters that matter. Due to a combination of incarceration, felony disenfranchisement, increased chance for homelessness, and apathy, black males cannot or do not vote in numbers large enough to sway elections. They could vote 40/60 for GOP and it would be little more than a blip.

Black women are even more polarized than blacks overall, sometimes voting 97% or higher for Democrats. They are more likely to have had an abortion than other women, more likely to be on some form of government assistance, more likely to be single/unwed mothers.

The entire Democrat platform is designed around providing what black women lack in their lives.

Much of the GOP platform prevents black males from being able to vote.

When black marriage rates skyrocket, black women stop having abortions, and the War on Drugs ends, maybe GOP overtures to blacks re: immigration and the economy will make measurable inroads. I won't hold my breath.

Absolutely shocking that a leftist who disparages Trump and Trump supporters at every opportunity only consorts with blacks who share that sentiment.

There is zero Obama memorabilia in my home. Blee dat.

Who is John James? Is he kin to the 19th century bank robber and Confederate sympathizer Jesse James?

Black Republican who ran a surprisingly competitive campaign in Michigan during the most recent midterms.

As much as he was discussed on this board, and as much as you frequent here, I find it hard to believe you truly hadn't heard of him.

How about you get back to me when you actually seek out a black person that doesn't just parrot the same anti-Trump rhetoric you already want to hear?

Bring your arse down here to San Antonio. I'll pay for your meal and we can discuss politics over some real Tex-Mex, not that shite that passes for it in Houston. Wash it down with some cervezas. Serious offer.

You guys are wasting your time. John James loss in Michigan is the epitome of why this is a waste.

Think about it - A black family man, veteran, and business owner lost to a privileged white woman who has been in government all of her life because of the D next to her name.

Myopic and false.

It's only a "waste of time" if you thought that one election season (and a mid-term election season at that) would change a generations-long status quo. That's not how demographic shifts work. I told you that in the other thread on the subject you were carping in.

I’ve been saying this for 2 years now. AA’s are where Trump needs to concentrate on for 2020. I would start with encouraging people like Owens, West, and Brown to red pill other major influencers. Trump needs to make “Stronger” his official KAG song at rallies. These things seem over simplified, but I guarantee you they would be effective.

ETA

If you start swinging AA influencers to Trump there will be many white lib sheep to follow.

And that’s what irks me. Celebrities and leftists act like the only way to care for your fellow man is to enact heavy-handed government, reaching into our pockets to distributing to the poor.

Is giving and caring not in its purest form when it’s done voluntarily, without threat or force, from the goodness of their hearts?

But ol' tarzana will be front and center in the next thread talking about all the black people he knows.

It's 2019 and we are still talking about Race. When will people stop allowing the system to drop you into an "Identity Bucket" and pander to you. All of the social services out there, all of the foundations out there, all of the out reach out there. If you don't like your current situation, look in the mirror and ask your self what can you do to improve your situation. Ask for help. My goodness what do we have to do to move past this race card and all these people that want to create identity politics on every turn.

Move on with your life. There is such a beautiful world out there if you can shut off the noise

Wake me up when the old school Dem black grandmothers don’t run black families and tell their families how to vote. That’s why the DNC funnels so much money to black preachers. Preacher tells the congregation how to vote, how Republicans are the devil and then the elder folk tell their family.

This would be great if it was really happening; not just for Republicans but AAs and the country as a whole.

But aside from anecdotal examples, is there any data to show the existence of any kind of "BLEXIT?"

Exactly. Right now there's a very strong strain of the "white savior" complex among leftists of European descent. It's nothing but racist virtue signaling disguised as altruism, but it's emboldened by the monolithic nature of minority voting, particularly among blacks. White leftists can claim they're Democrats because they care so much about blacks/minorities/whatever.

It's why those types get shut down so quickly when a minority conservative throws a wrench in their thought process. More of that will reveal more of the cognitive dissonance (and racism) of the "white savior" line of thought many white leftists don't even realize they harbor.

It won't take much, numbers-wise, but it WILL take some time and consistency. This shite is a decades-long marathon, not a single midterm-season sprint.
