This is kinda interesting. I would assume there is some sort of significance to holding a press briefing in the Rose Garden.

Right. I'm not surprised that Blanche is taking a turn at a press briefing. But I find it interesting it will be held in the Rose Garden. They typically hold briefings there when there is a major announcement to make. Historically anyways. Hopefully we get something good.
