This is hyperbole. It's not helpful. And it's dangerous because it distorts actual history to create/maintain some notion that you're part of an aggrieved and attacked group.

There's not a single claim in mass media that white men are racist in their DNA. Show me that claim.

Instead, genetic arguments about sub-humanness are ideas created by and to elevate white men in Europe and America. (I mean, they created the idea of a "white" man as a first step and then misused science to try to back it up.)

It is a problematic word though. I should always use (myth of) white supremacy, meaning that white people as a group shouldn't be held up as if they were in any way superior, while, as a society, we have practices and policies that wind up promoting our white interests over others. The system makes white people feel superior (they aren’t; we shouldn’t make claims about any racial group being superior; and racial groups aren’t a thing except that made racial groups a thing to prop up chattel slavery) and that resulting feeling of superiority that is really just based on a stacked system perpetuates the system. It sucks.
