I don't think 3 incidents in 6 weeks gives someone carte blanche to drive around and harass random children because of their skin color.

No. Because I don’t watch silly women on video frickinb with kids.
And for the record this and I seriously doubt the permit Patty thing had anything to do with race and everything to do with women being silly. Full disclosure I’ve watched neither video and didn’t even know about Permit Patty until 5 minutes ago.
