He did not say “all the time.” He said “frequently.” Obviously, that term is subjective, but it is clearly often enough to have drawn some attention.

What would your deflection be if he hadn’t used the word frequently? He gave examples of it happening on the other side and no one willl acknowledge it, only the fact he misused ‘frequently’?

Ok. There's 325 million people in this country and most of them are carrying cameras. I don't think 3 incidents in 6 weeks gives someone carte blanche to drive around and harass random children because of their skin color. We're just going to disagree here.
