Asians are masters of flying to California to give birth so that their child has American citizenship and then return to their home country.
Every time I fly into China the bulkhead seats are filled with mothers with newborn children.

Declare areas in hospitals and such as Foreign Embassy owned, no more USA birthright, born in foreign embassy it's foreign soil!

It's Indian, Caribbean, everywhere.

Agreed. It's a huge problem, regardless of what color or nationality the mother is.

There are hotels in NYC that cater to tons of rich people from places all over like London, Paris and Dubai. They come here just like they do for surgery.
Several do it for future considerations like college scholarships and access.
