So, the claim is that Tom Cotton is deliberately sabotaging President Trump’s administration with the help of Never Trumpers like Bill Kristol by creating a scandal that embarrasses him and forces a key member of his cabinet to resign… in hopes that the very same President Trump will appoint Tom Cotton, himself, to the position.
