Bill Gates knows a person generally appreciates another who says they are impressed by that person. Bill probably spent 3 hours trying to gather information and came away impressed that, after 3 hours, he had nothing.

That being said, I'm fine with what was in the video. If Trump wants to cure diseases like AIDS, great. I hope he cures the DEI disease, the socialism disease, and the illegal alien disease first, though.
