In another case in America, the CIA, FDA’s office of criminal investigation, recovered around 10.2 Billion US Dollar (around Rs.76,00 crores) from Pharma Company GlaxoSmithKline for various offences including suppression of side effects of the medicines and putting the life of Americans in danger.

This whole thing sounds wrong.

If they actually had charged him with murder, the Indian government would get involved.

If it is just some guy who died who took the vaccine and his family is trying to sue gates because he alleged murder because he sponsored the vaccine, well that is going to be smacked down by the Indian government shortly.

This doesn't even rise to the level of a frivolous lawsuit. The case was filed and likely immediately quashed.

The Indian government likely received millions of dollars worth of vaccine from the gates foundation. So I'm guessing they don't want to piss him off.

I’m not necessarily disputing anything you say here but Bill Gates is reviled by large swaths of the Indian populace.

Once again, I’m not arguing against your proposition that Gates has a vested influence on the reigning political class in India. And after reading the complaint linked above, I think it is highly improbable that Bill Gates will be tried for murder or that that this particular case will even proceed.

My point is citizens in India are rightfully upset that entities like the Gates Foundation view them as little more than guinea pigs. India’s court system is a hybrid legal system based partially on English Common Law and adheres to the adversary system of legal procedure.

In theory, this means that the judge acts as a neutral adjudicator and balances the arguments of rival factions without actively taking a side in the forensic debate conducted before the bench. If a case concerning vaccine injuries or death should get a hearing before a sympathetic judge who is willing to allow the case to proceed, who knows what could happen?

I'm not commenting on the other news outlets, who have proven to be outright frauds and fronts for their own agenda.

I'm simply stating that I've never heard of this outlet before, and it sounds like an old school tabloid.
