Does the statute allow the state to do what the OP suggests? Did the state hire for a position enforcing the statute in November of 2021? I don’t know anything about this story, but that is what I think to have learned from your posts in this thread.

There is no statewide COVID vaccine mandate. Even Inslee hasn't tried that yet.
Not that he wouldn't, but right now there is only a mandate for State employees.
If the Supreme Court strikes down the OSHA mandate, expect suits here that get struck down by the 9th then go straight up to the SC.

We saw the effects of Inslee's vaccine mandate for State employees over the last couple of weeks. As a result of DoT firing over 2,000 employees, when we got hit with a snowstorm no one groomed the roads. It took almost a week to get the ice off of I5 and most of the localities just dumped a token amount of sand (they don't salt the roads here).

I'm near Colville, Wa where the county and DOT have just about gave up plowing. We had several snow storms with around 4-5 inches with each storm. Well the snow got packed down from not getting plowed which makes its impossible for a future plowing.
Bring in temps in the 40's and the packed snow turned into a foot of slush making it almost impossible to steer. They had to close schools here because of that slush. School buses don't do well in it.

You can read it on the Washington state legislature .gov website.
Go beyond being a dueche. Check the sources. Read it for yourself. Then make a decision instead of waiting for state run media to tell you your talking points.
