Global Warming - multiple countries have ponied up big-time for decades. It's the clear winner. Along with that, wind/solar pushes are byproducts of this.
COVID is next. While not nearly the amount of money has been put into it as we've seen for AIDS, it had a far wider-ranging impact when you count in the shutdown of supply chains. Also, AIDS isn't a virus which is going to naturally trade its morbidity for greater communicability.
